Thomas Clune
Biography
I am the lead for the software infrastructure team for
Global Earth Observing System (GEOS), a large Earth system
model and data assimilation system developed by the Global
Modeling and Assimilation Office at NASA Goddard Space
Flight Center. My research interests are in developing and
applying advanced software engineering methodologies for
scientific/technical computing, with a primary emphasis on
software testing. I am the original developer of pFUnit --
an extensible unit testing framework for parallel Fortran
software.
