Jonathan Cook is a professor of Computer Science at New Mexico State University. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Colorado in 1996, and joined NMSU in 1997. His research interests are in software engineering and high performance computing, including the dynamic analysis and monitoring of applications, efficient production-oriented instrumentation techniques, and agile software development and training in agile methods.
