William Harrod
Biography
Dr. William Harrod is the Co-Director of the Joint Program
Office for the National Strategic Computing Initiative.
Prior to accepting this position, Dr. Harrods was the
Research Division Director in the Advanced Scientific
Computing Research program in the Office of Science at the
Department of Energy (DOE). Before joining DOE, Dr. Harrod
was a Program Manager in the Information Processing
Technology Office (IPTO) in the Defense Advanced Research
Projects Agency (DARPA).
