Stephen McNally
Biography
Stephen McNally is the Operations Manager for the National
Center for Computational Sciences, where the Titan
supercomputer resides. In this role, he oversees the
day-to-day activities of the center. Stephen began working
in the HPC field in 2009 as a Linux systems administrator
for the Kraken supercomputer. Prior to HPC, Stephen served
as an IT professional in the automotive and healthcare
industries. He earned an MBA from Tennessee Technological
University. Stephen’s educational background in business
coupled with his highly technical experience in HPC
provide unique insight that is well-suited for managing a
leadership computing facility through data driven decision
making.
